Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rimpotche, great erudite of the Kagyupa Lineage, combines the compassion and the scholarship with the experiment of an accomplished yogi. His teachings which he has given for 20 years in Western are adapted to the Western thought. He is the Master of the teaching at the Bouddhist Institute of the Monastery of Pullahari, sits of H.E. Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche in Katmandou - Nepal.

ONE DAY OF PRACTICE OF " KARMAPA TCHENNO "
 The accumulation of One billion Karmapa Chennos for His Holiness the XVIIth Gyalwa Karmapa to swiftly return to Rumtek Monastery,visit Palpung Sherab Ling Monastery and travel to his monasteries and students worldwide. The Billion Mantra Initiative (BMI) currently in progress is in support of His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, Ogyen Trinley Dorje. Its goal is to accumulate one billion (1,000,000,000) Karmapa Chenno mantras. In doing these recitations, we plant the seeds and the merit for the Gyalwa Karmapa's swift return to Rumtek Monastery. Help continue the excellent progress.Sangha and study group leaders are requested to send updates by email to Tenzin@simhas.org with a heading such as "Mantras" or "Karmapa Chenno." Please send a monthly update of your totals. When the coordinators are able to post these ever-increasing monthly accumulations, it serves as a reminder and encouragement. Individual practitioners are requested to send their own totals to khandro@videotron.ca Please do not duplicate any amount already sent, since we keep track of every offering. Only send the latest accumulation of mantras --the ones not already reported.Those who have already contributed to the BMI, please continue to do so. Those who have not yet begun, please consider participating for this project will benefit all sentient beings The mantra of His Holiness the Gyalwa Karmapa, "Karmapa Chenno," is the essence of the activity of all the Buddhas. As taught by His Eminence Tai Situ Rinpoche, "The recitation of Karmapa Chenno is the invocation of the blessing, and the invocation of the compassion, and the invocation of all the activities of the Buddha, in the name of the great master who is the manifestation of the activity of all the Buddhas, the Gyalwa Karmapa." By reciting the mantra Karmapa Chenno, one participates in the activity of all the Buddhas and becomes apart of the mandala of the Gyalwa Karmapa. In essence, the mantra contains the blessings of all the Buddhas. As further described by the 12th Tai Situpa: The Gyalwa Karmapa is the embodiment of all the activities of all the past, present and future Buddhas of all directions. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the source of all the 84,000 Dharmas which manifest as part of the enlightenment of the Buddha Shakyamuni. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the supreme master, the supreme lord of all the Sangha. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the lord of all beings, because all of the sentient beings need protection. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the father and mother of all sentient beings, the parent of all sentient beings. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the sailor who sails the ship across the ocean of Samsara, liberating sentient beings from the sufferings of the ocean of Samsara. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the shepherd, who takes care of his herd. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the healer, the medicine man, the doctor. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the moon. The Gyalwa Karmapa is like the sun. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the friend and companion who will help and assist anybody to do good. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the embodiment of the ocean of Gurus. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the crown deity of all the oceans of deities. The Gyalwa Karmapa is the lord of the ocean of protectors.And, finally, the Gyalwa Karmapa is the embodiment of the great Bodhisattva of Compassion Avalokiteshvara. Accumulation of a billion Karmapa Chennos so that His Holiness XVIIth Gyalwa Karmapa can quickly return to the Monastery of Rumtek, visit the Monastery of Palpung Sherab Ling, travel towards his Monasteries and his students in the whole world.
